Contradictions and gaps found in the packet: two different numbers for the same obligation, referenced documents that are not attached, blanks left unfilled.
What the buyer receives
A written report on one solicitation — IFB, RFP, ITB, or similar. Every finding names the page it came from, so any line in the report can be checked against the packet in about ten seconds. The report arrives by email at the address used at checkout. There is no account to create and nothing that renews.
Delivery
The delivery target is the same business day the packet is received. If that is not achievable for a particular packet, LayerMaker says so before any charge. If a packet cannot be opened or falls outside what LayerMaker can handle, the $29 is refunded in full.

The track record, in full
LayerMaker is new. This service has zero paying customers to date. There are no testimonials, no case studies, and no client list, because none exist yet. That is the reason the price is $29 and the reason the refund is unconditional.
Two real public solicitations have been run end to end:
Lawson Hill Trail Project RFP — San Miguel County, Colorado. 65 pages. Read start to finish. The report carried 164 page citations.
Rockridge Pump Station Replacement IFB — City of Durango, Colorado. 32 pages. 99 page citations. Findings included an insurance notice-of-cancellation requirement written as 30 days in one section and 15 days in another.
Both were run to test the process. Neither was sold and neither report was published. That is the complete record.
What this is not
- Not legal advice. LayerMaker is not a law firm and the report is not a legal opinion on a contract.
- Not a bid or no-bid recommendation. The report says what is in the packet and where. The decision stays with the bidder.
- Not a guarantee that every problem is caught. The read is careful and every finding is cited. Something can still be missed. Responsibility for the bid remains with the bidder.
Refund policy
A refund is available on request, before or after the report is delivered. Email [email protected] and ask — no questions, no explanation required. LayerMaker refunds the full $29 to the card used at checkout. How quickly it appears is up to the buyer’s bank.
LayerMaker is a new business asking a stranger for money. The unconditional refund is what makes that a fair trade.

The buyer is responsible for verifying anything relied upon and for the content of any submission. LayerMaker does not guarantee that the report identifies every problem in a packet. Privacy
Delivering this service requires two things from the buyer: a link to a public bid packet or a copy of the file, and an email address. The packet is used to write the report. The email address is used to send the report and to answer any reply. LayerMaker does not sell, rent, or trade buyer information, and does not share it outside LayerMaker LLC except with the payment processor that handles the card — LayerMaker never sees or stores full card numbers. Deletion of a packet and email address is available on request to [email protected], with confirmation once done.

Can a packet longer than 65 pages be handled? Send the link to [email protected] first and the answer comes back before any payment.
Does $29 cover more than one solicitation? No. $29 is one packet.
Does this require sending anything confidential? No. This service is built for publicly posted solicitations. Sealed, proprietary, or internal material should not be sent.
